Who sells Afterglow
Afterglow is sold and operated by N/V Originals Limited (company number 17407115), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. Contact: support@next-version.co.uk.
Your purchase
Afterglow is a browser-based card game for two adults aged 18 or over, with romantic questions and explicit sexual challenges. Full access costs £14.99 GBP in total, paid once. There is no subscription, renewal fee, physical product or delivery charge. Full access includes Spark, Desire and Heat: 207 distinct cards. Pairing choices and activity filters affect which cards appear. The game and checkout are in English. The free six-card sampler lets you check the experience before buying.
How to buy and start playing
Create an account or sign in with your email address and password. Choose Unlock the full game, check the product and £14.99 total in Stripe Checkout, enter your payment details, accept the purchase terms and select Pay. You can correct your details or leave checkout before paying. The purchase is confirmed when Stripe confirms successful payment. Access then unlocks in the browser. If payment is pending, access waits for confirmation. We accept the card and wallet options shown at checkout. Stripe sends the payment receipt to the checkout email address. Your game access belongs to the Afterglow account that started checkout.
How long access lasts
Your purchase has no fixed expiry while Afterglow operates. It gives you personal access to the hosted service, not ownership of the software or a promise that the service will operate forever. Restoring the purchase on another device does not shorten that access. This purchase covers the game described above; separately sold future products are not included. Necessary maintenance or security updates may temporarily interrupt access. If the service closes permanently, we will publish notice on the website and explain any remedies required by law. These terms do not remove those remedies.
Your account and devices
Use a current browser with JavaScript, cookies and local storage enabled, and an internet connection to load the game and verify access. Optional camera, microphone and sharing features depend on your device and permissions. Home Screen installation is optional. Two people play together on one phone. Your purchase belongs to your Afterglow account; sign in with the same email address and password to restore access. If you forget your password, choose Forgot password to request a reset link by email. Reset links expire after 30 minutes and work once. Keep your password and reset links private. Up to two devices can stay signed in; signing in on a third signs out the oldest. This does not sync gameplay: saved games and media stay in the original browser. You can manage signed-in devices from Your account. If you lose access to your email, contact support with your payment confirmation. Do not send full card details or private media.
Immediate access and cancellation
UK consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase of digital content. At checkout you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that this cancellation right is lost when supply of the digital content begins. If supply has not started, you may cancel within 14 days by emailing support@next-version.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel and your order reference. You may use: “I cancel my Afterglow purchase, ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. Name: [name]. Email: [email].” You do not have to use that wording. When a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method within the period required by law.
Problems, refunds and your rights
Contact support@next-version.co.uk if access fails or the game is faulty or not as described. Describe the problem and include your order reference. We will investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Immediate access does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a payment is refunded or disputed, access linked to that payment may be suspended; contact support if you believe this is incorrect.
Personal use and privacy
Use the game for personal play, not resale or public distribution of its paid content. Each player chooses whether to participate and may pass or stop at any time. Do not create or share recordings without everyone’s agreement. Our privacy notice explains local storage, necessary access records and payment providers. You can save these terms and your purchase confirmation for future reference.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to use courts available where you live. Contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it.
