Feedback and problems

Send feedback to support@next-version.co.uk. In the game, open Settings → Help & feedback to copy a problem report. Reports are not sent automatically.

Can’t sign in?

Use the email address and password for your Afterglow account. If you forget your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen to request a reset link. Check your junk folder too. If you no longer have access to your email or still need help, contact support@next-version.co.uk with your payment confirmation. Never send your password or reset link.

Never send your card details or private photos with a support request.
